  • How can I open an account with FX Tray?

    To open any type of account, please click here. Your live account will let you allow to start trading with real money straight away. You need to simply choose your account type that best suits you, complete your online registration, submit required documents and now set to go. We strongly advise you to read risk disclosure, agreement, and terms and conditions before starting any trading.

  • What kinds of documents are required to open an account with FX Tray?

    For live account, two types of documents are required:

    Proof of identification: Proof of identification includes a current colored passport scan photo in jpg format. If the passport is not available, submit any other photo identification document, such as a National ID card or driving license.

    Proof of address: Proof of address includes any utility bill or bank statement, where your name and address are clearly visible. The document should not be more than six months old.

    ** The name in the identification proof should match the proof of address document.

    You can upload these documents conveniently or send them via the respective email address. Your documents will be checked by the compliance department and reported to you within 4 hours.

  • What is the minimum trading volume?

    The minimum trading volume depends on the account type you opened. However, the minimum trade size we accept is one micro lot (0.01 lots).

  • When does the market open?

    It is a true 24-hour market. Forex trading starts each day in Sydney and moves around the world as the business day begins in each financial center, first in Tokyo, then London, and finally New York. The market is open 24/5.
